Rolls-Royce Holdings plc announces that options to purchase Rolls-Royce
Holdings plc ordinary shares at an option price of £5.25 per share were granted
to executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility
(PDMR's) under the rules of the Rolls-Royce plc UK and International ShareSave
Plans as follows:
