                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting                    

At the extraordinary general meeting of EMS held today, the resolution to
change the name of the Company to RDF Group Plc was duly passed. Application
has been made to the Registrar of Companies for the change of name and a
further announcement will be made as soon as this has become effective.
