             Resignation of directors and appointment of director              

RDF announces that George Kynoch, non-executive chairman, and Keith Chapman,
non-executive director, have resigned as directors of the Company with
immediate effect.

RDF is also pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Carr as non-executive
chairman, also with immediate effect.
