Correction : Dividend Declaration

The Dividend Declaration released on 16 November 2015 contained an incorrect
dividend payment date. The supplementary capital dividend will be paid on 4
January 2016.

A Board meeting to consider the supplementary capital dividend for the above company was held on 12th November 2015.

The rate for the Supplementary Capital dividend is 86.6585 pence per Capital share payable on 4th January 2016.  The record date is 4th December 2015 and the ex-dividend date is 3^rd December 2015.
