that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 has
today been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General
Meeting and associated form of proxy.

An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and of the Notice of
Annual General Meeting is available to download from the Company's website at 
plc.rightmove.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on Wednesday 7 May
