Following today’s announcement by Travelport Worldwide Limited (“Travelport”), Rightmove plc, the UK’s number one property website, announces that Scott Forbes, Chairman of Rightmove, has been appointed a non-executive director of Travelport, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with effect from 15 July 2016.

Travelport is a leading travel commerce platform providing distribution, technology, payment and other solutions for the global travel and tourism industry.

This disclosure is made in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
