BEIJING, September 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Elsevier, the leading global publisher of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, announced today that Hugo Zhang has been appointed the Managing Director of Elsevier Science & Technology in China. Hugo succeeds Sharon Ruwart who served in this role from 2006-2008, guiding Elsevier in Beijing to become the largest office in China among all foreign publishers. Hugo's main responsibility will be to ensure that Elsevier remains China's primary science and technology partner by offering sustainable, high quality information and workflow solutions.
