Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 4 December 2007
the following ordinary shares [39,900] have been transferred from treasury
shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser
Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

18,000 Ordinary shares at £12.76 per share

18,000 Ordinary shares at £11.186

2,500 Ordinary shares at £9.504 per share

1,400 Ordinary shares at £8.819 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 10,599,838
Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury
shares) is 711,768,674
