1 September 2011 Reckitt Benckiser Group plc DIRECTORATE CHANGE Further to the announcement made on 14 April 2011, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) today confirms the retirement of Bart Becht and the appointment of Rakesh Kapoor as CEO and executive director with immediate effect. Mr Becht will remain a part-time adviser to Mr Kapoor and the RB Board until September 2012 to support the leadership transition.
