PRESS RELEASE 24 February 2010 DIRECTORATE CHANGE Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB.L) today announces the appointment of Warren Tucker as an independent non-executive director, such appointment to take immediate effect. Warren Tucker (47) is Chief Financial Officer of Cobham plc, a FTSE 100 international company engaged in the development, delivery and support of advanced aerospace and defence systems for land, sea and air. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Previously Warren was Deputy Finance Director at Cable & Wireless. His earlier career was with British Airways, Euro Disney and Lazard Brothers. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant, holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol and an MBA from INSEAD. Adrian Bellamy, Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, commented "The Board is delighted that Warren has agreed to join us. He will bring valuable financial and commercial experience to the Board. He will sit on our Audit Committee and I am sure he will make a significant contribution to the future success of the Company."
