In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Queen's Walk Investment Limited
announces that it was notified by Mr Talmai Morgan on 15 March 2007 that, in
addition to his existing role as a Non- Executive Director of Queen's Walk
Investment Limited, he was appointed a Non-Executive Director of B H Macro
Limited on 17 January 2007 and that B H Macro Limited was admitted to listing
on the London Stock Exchange on 14 March 2007.
