In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Queen's Walk Investment Limited
announces that it was notified by Mr Christopher Spencer on 16 May 2007 that,
in addition to his existing role as a Non- Executive Director of Queen's Walk
Investment Limited, he has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Thames
River 2X Currency Alpha Fund Limited, which was admitted to listing on the
Channel Islands Stock Exchange on 1st May 2007.
