Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby announces that as at today’s date it has 514,717,462 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in issue, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 514,717,462. This figure does not include the issue of 89,435,138 ordinary shares of 0.25p as detailed in the RNSs announced on 28 December and 31 December 2018 which is expected to be admitted to trading between the 4th and the 7th January 2018.

The above figure of 514,717,462 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
