Correction : Doc re Interim Report

The following replaces the Document re. Interim Report announcement released

The period ended should read 30th June 2005 and not 30th September as
previously shown.

Proteome Sciences plc announces that copies of the Interim Report for the
period ended 30th June, 2005 (which was released to the Stock Exchange on 30th
