Limited advising that at 30 October 2006 Rensburg Sheppards Plc has a
consolidated holding on behalf of Discretionary clients of 2,995,794 Zero
Dividend Preference Shares representing 15.65% of the Company's issued Zero
Dividend Preference Share capital.
