Limited advising that following a purchase on 28 September 2006 Rensburg
Sheppards Plc has a consolidated holding on behalf of Discretionary clients of
3,088,165 Zero Dividend Preference Shares representing 16.13% of the Company's
issued Zero Dividend Preference Share capital.
