Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend
for the year ending 31 December 2013 of 1.7p per ordinary share will be paid on
28 June 2013 to members on the register at the close of business on 1 June
2013. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30 May 2013.
