Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC announces that the second quarterly dividend
for the year ending 31 December 2010 of 1.6p per ordinary share which
represents an increase of 6.7% over the interim dividend paid for the
equivalent period in 2009 and will be paid on 30 September 2010 to members on
the register at the close of business on 27 August 2010. The ordinary shares
will be marked ex-dividend on 25 August 2010.
