Dividend Declaration

Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend
for the year ending 31 December 2011 of 1.6p per ordinary share will be paid on
28 April 2011 to members on the register at the close of business on 25 March
2011. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 23 March 2011.
