Dividend Declaration

Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend
for the year ending 31 December 2010 of 1.5p per ordinary share will be paid on
30 June 2010 to members on the register at the close of business on 28 May
2010. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 26 May 2010.
