Dividend Declaration

Premier Utilities Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend for the
year ending 31 December 2008 of 1.5p per ordinary share will be paid on 30 June 2008 to
members on the register at the close of business on 30 May 2008. The ordinary
shares will be marked ex-dividend on 28 May 2008.
