                              Notifiable interest                              

The Company has been notified that HH & EM Vernon and Castlegrange Limited
purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in PipeHawk today, equivalent to 0.19 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. HH & EM Vernon and
Castlegrange Limited now holds 820,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
equivalent to 3.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of PipeHawk.
