PipeHawk has been advised that on 8 October 2014, Mr Peter Lobbenberg purchased
250,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr and Mrs Lobbenberg now hold an aggregate holding of
1,350,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 4.09% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
