PipeHawk was advised on 19 November 2014 that on 14 November 2014 Mr Peter
Lobbenberg purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr and Mrs Lobbenberg now hold an aggregate holding of
2,000,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 6.06 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
