PipeHawk has been advised that on 1 August 2014, Mrs Naomi Lobbenberg purchased
a total of 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this purchase, Mrs Lobbenberg now holds an interest in 1,000,000
ordinary shares, equivalent to 3.02% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
