The Company received notification today that, following a purchase on 20
December 2007 of 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.15 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital of PipeHawk, Randal McDonnell,
non-executive director of the Company, holds 829,216 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 3.08 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.
