PipeHawk announces that, further to the announcement released on 13 February
2015, Mr Lobbenberg's purchase of 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company
amounts to a total interest of 3,100,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 9.388%
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
