Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 05 September 2007 that following a transaction on 03
September 2007 Deutsche Bank AG has decreased its notifiable interest in
Pendragon's ordinary share capital to 26,053,448 shares, representing 3.97% of
the voting rights.
