PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 4 April 2005 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited confirmed that, following a
transaction on the 31 March 2005 its total notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares in Pendragon has increased to 4,155,392 shares, representing 3.17% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.
