On 29 March 2005 Morley Fund Management Limited confirmed that, following a
transaction on the 24 March 2005 its total notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares in Pendragon has increased to 10,917,901 shares, representing 8.32% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.
