On 18 March 2005 Morley Fund Management Limited confirmed that, following a
transaction on the 16 March 2005 its total notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares in Pendragon has increased to 9,202,330 shares, representing 7.01% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.
