Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 29 May 2009 that following a transaction on 29 May
2009 Trefick Limited has decreased its notifiable interest in the voting rights
to below 3% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
