Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 15 April 2009 that following a transaction on 14
April 2009 Schroders plc has increased its notifiable interest in the voting
rights to above 10% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital
of Pendragon.
