Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 24 June 2008 that following a transaction on 18 March
2008 Newedge Group has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over
38,822,218 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 5.92% of the voting rights in
the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
