Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 30 January 2008 that following a transaction on 29
January 2008 Deutsche Bank AG has a notifiable interest in the voting rights
over 44,910,040 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 6.85% of the voting rights
in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
