Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 26 March 2008 that following a transaction on 20
March 2008 Deutsche Bank AG has a notifiable interest in the voting rights of
under 19,680,820 ordinary shares of 5p, representing less than 3% of the voting
rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
