Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 26 March 2008 that following a transaction on 20
March 2008 KBC Peel Hunt has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over
35,000,564 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 5.34% of the voting rights in
the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
