Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 30 April 2008 that following a transaction on 29
April 2008 Lloyds TSB Group PLC has decreased its notifiable interest in the
voting rights to 18,953,851 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 2.89% of the
voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
