Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 26 February 2008 that following a transaction on 25
February 2008 Deutsche Bank has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over
19,771,499 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 2.93% of the voting rights in
the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
