Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 10 May 2007 that following a transaction on 4 May
2007 Deutsche Bank AG has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over
19,955,549 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.04% of the voting rights in
the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
