Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 23rd July 2007 that following a transaction on 18th
July 2007 Deutsche Bank AG has decreased its notifiable interest in Pendragon's
ordinary share capital to 26,198,054 shares, representing 3.99% of the voting
rights.
