PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 24 June 2004 Fidelity International Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has decreased to 10,350,944 shares, representing 7.89% of Pendragon's
issued share capital.
