PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 23 January 2004 Fidelity International Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has decreased to 14,263,259 shares, which represents 10.88% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.
