PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 29 October 2003 Standard Life Investments Limited confirmed that, following
a recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has decreased to 5,761,679 shares, which represents 4.39% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.
