PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 20 August 2003 Jupiter Asset Management Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has decreased to 7,644,440 shares, which represents 5.82% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.
