                          PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')                          

On 19th February 2003 Prudential plc confirmed that, following a recent
transaction, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of Pendragon
has increased to 1,740,000 shares, representing 3.14% of the total issued share
capital of Pendragon.

On 19th February 2003 Unicorn Asset Management Limited confirmed that,
following a recent transaction, it no longer held a notifiable interest in the
total issued share capital of Pendragon.

On 20th February 2003 Legal and General Investment Management Limited confirmed
that, following a recent transaction, its total notifiable interest in the
ordinary shares of Pendragon has decreased to 1,848,676 shares, representing
3.34% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon.

On 20th February 2003 Standard Life Investments Limited confirmed that,
following a recent transaction, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares of Pendragon has increased to 3,118,751 shares, representing 5.63% of
the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
