                          PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')                          

On 3 March 2003 Unicorn Asset Management Limited confirmed that, as a result of
the reduction of Pendragon's issued share capital following Pendragon's share
buy back announced on 28 February 2003, its total notifiable interest in the
ordinary shares of Pendragon of 1,649,933, now represents 3.01% of the total
issued share capital of Pendragon.
