On 20 November 2002 Prudential and Scottish Amicable Funds confirmed that,
following recent transactions, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares of Pendragon has increased to 1,700,000 shares, representing 3.03% of
the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
