On 18th September 2002 Legal and General Investment Management Limited notified
the Board of Pendragon PLC that following a transaction on 16th September 2002
its total notifiable interests in the ordinary shares of Pendragon has
increased to 1,754,384 shares representing 3.02% of the total issued share
capital of Pendragon PLC.
