On 4 November 2002 Jupiter Asset Management Limited confirmed that, following a
transaction on 31st October 2002, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares of Pendragon has decreased to 5,343,276 shares, representing 9.51% of
the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
